Drivers and application software are made available for download by Dewetron. Most of them are hosted on www.dewetron.com in the download center. To access this page, please read and agree to the terms and conditions given below, then you will be redirected to the download center. It may be necessary to create a login, but there is no charge for this. Also, Dewetron respects your privacy and we do not give, sell, or trade your name and contact information with any other organization. It is used purely for internal tracking and customer service purposes.
Terms and Conditions of Software Use
All downloads and use Dewetron software, or software downloaded from or provided by Dewetron in any form (the Software) are subject to the following terms:
As long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive license to install and use the Software in accordance with its license restrictions. Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not use, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Software in whole or part.
You shall not remove any copyright notices or other proprietary notices from the Software.
Export Restrictions
You shall not sell, transfer or export the Software in any way, to any person or organizations who are listed on the Embargoed Countries and entities on the Department of State's List of Debarred Parties, the Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List, or the Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. It is your responsibility to be aware of the Lists of Embargoed Countries, Debarred Parties, Denied Persons, and Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. These Lists can be found at the U.S. Government websites listed below:

Except as expressly stated herein this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Dewetron.
Termination
This Agreement and your license to use the Software will continue so long as you remain in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your license will terminate automatically without notice from Dewetron if you breach any of your obligations hereunder. Upon termination, you shall cease using the Software and shall destroy all copies of the Software (and associated materials and documentation) in any form. All disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEWETRON BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF DEWETRON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION, IF ANY, PROVIDED HEREUNDER IS PROVIDED "AS IS". DEWETRON SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DEWETRON HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, UPDATES, ENHANCEMENTS, OR MODIFICATIONS.
